Christian Novelty Goods sells custom printed products. We are committed to high quality and customer satisfaction. Our production cycle has a four business day fulfillment window from receipt of an order to initiation of shipment.

Shipping Policy

This does not include the fulfillment window of the shipping companies. If we receive an order on Monday, we are committing to ship by Wednesday. The actual receive date would then be determined by the shipping company.  In the event that we cannot ship due to shortages or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer of any backorder or out-of stock status. Christian Novelty Goods uses third party shippers such as UPS, FedEX, and the USPS. upon shipping we will send tracking info to the customer. Christian Novelty Goods uses only standard shipping at this time.

Refund policy

Christian Novelty Goods will issue full refunds in the following instances: If we fail to initiate shipment with in the fulfillment window, or if the third-party shippers fail to ship within a 30 day window, or if product comes in damaged. In all other cases, sales are final.

Privacy Policy

Christian Novelty Goods values the privacy of her customers. All transactions are done securely over SLL on a secure shopping cart. Information is kept confidential
